Q: I want to order more than one of an item, can I do this?

A: Please only add one item to your cart, as most item's cannot be remade!

 

Q: I don't have a paypal account, can I still pay by credit card?

A: Yes, when paying, there will be an option that says "I don't have a Paypal account", and you will be able to pay with your credit or debit card.

 

Q: Do you take cash?

A: I can take cash, but it's entirely at your own risk. I cannot be held responsible for cash lost in the mail. I would advise that you got a paypal account. If you want to send cash, please message me via my contact page, and remember, I'm in the UK, and only take Pounds Sterling!

 

 Q: Can you create a custom piece for me?

A: Not right now

 

Q: What are your charms made from?

A: They are made from fimo, a type of polymer clay, that you can mould and then ovenbake to harden.

 

Q: Do you post outside the UK?

A: Yes, please see my payment and postage page if you want to order from outside the UK.

Caring for Accessories

Whilst all care is made to ensure that jewellery and accessories are strong and durable, as with any accessory, it is advised that you don't wear in situations where unecessary strain may be put on items, i.e. whilst playing sports, and in the shower. Charms and Beads are waterproof, but findings may rust under prolonged water exposure. Please treat items with care to ensure  longer lifetime.

Fimo charms are made strongly, but in case of parts falling off, such as an ear from a bunny, or a cherry from a cake, superglue will easily remedy the problem.

Packaging + Returns

Accessories are packaged well, first in the Cupcake Accessories packaging, then are usually wrappedwith bubble wrap or foam and sent in an evelope. for bigger orders, a jiffy bag or a box will be used, usually recycled!

However, if items reach you in an unsatisfactory state, due to poor packaging, please send me a photo of the packaging, and damage to the accessory, and I will send you a replacement. In case of one of a kind items, I will wil reimburse you for the unsatisfactory items.

No refunds are given for items not liked, as all items are as pictured in photos. Items can be swapped for items in the shop up to the same value, providing that original items reach me in the same condition that they left me in. Postage will be at your own expense.
